General Questions

How do I apply a coupon?

Please enter any coupon code into the “Discount Code” box and click the “apply” button. The system will then confirm if the coupon has been applied. Only ONE coupon can be used for each order. Please note, any coupons offered must be applied to an order at time of checkout only. Once an order has been submitted and confirmed online, we will not be able to adjust the order to add-on a coupon.

How do I know the sizing for clothes and shoes?

Each item comes with a sizing chart located in its description. Please refer to this chart for general sizing inquiries. Please keep in mind that each manufacturer/ brand may differ slightly in size. The chart provided is only for general reference.

Why can’t I add certain items into my shopping bag?

All available items will be shown on our website. Certain items that do not have size option available or the “add to shopping bag” button is not shown, means the item is currently sold out. Please check back within one to two weeks for possible restock. Due to our limited supplies, we are unable to specify a date as to when an item will be restocked.

If the item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

Can I make a phone order?

Our system is not set up to receive phone orders. All orders have to be made online through our secured website.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

What should I do if I need help placing my order?

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.
If you need further assistance with returns, exchanges or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

How will I know if my order has been received?

If an order has been successfully made online, an order confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address on file. Please also check your Junk/Spam email folder as many automated emails are sent there by default. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes , it means we have not received your order and no payment has been received by us. You will then need to place a new order. If you are uncertain if an order was placed or not, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

My order was unsuccessful, what should I do?

If your order was not successfully placed, please check that the correct address, postal code and authentication code (if applicable) were used. Do note that periods (.) and commas (,) are the only recognised characters within the order fields, or please contact our support team for further assistance.

My order is stated to be “pending”. What does that mean?

For your security, if you order is pending, please contact our support team to verify and confirm the order. If you were sent an email from our verification department, you may respond directly back to the email as well.

In my online account, the order status remains as “processing” but I made the order a few days ago?

Unfortunately at this time the online account does not show tracking numbers to all orders made. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once a tracking number becomes available. Please also check your Junk/Spam email folder as many automated emails are sent there by default. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please feel free to email our support team and include your order number for assistance.

How do I track my order?

Please visit our Order Tracking page to track your order online. Simply enter your billing email and your Order ID in the form and press the “Track” button. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. No coupon or promo code needed. Fast Shipping costs for domestic orders will be calculated for your order during checkout.

Which shipping company do you use for shipping?

For domestic US orders we ship primarily with USPS and FedEx to ensure up-to-date tracking information and reliable delivery. International orders may be shipped via DHL and Royal Mail depending on the ship-to country.

How long will it take for the shipping to arrive at my location?

All orders will take 1-3 business days for processing. The estimated delivery time depends on the country and shipping method.
We offer Standard and Fast Shipping within the U.S., once your order ships, it usually takes 7-12 days (by FedEx) or 10-15 days (by USPS) to arrive.
International orders can take 8-15 days to arrive. Additional time may be required for customs clearance. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy.

I am an international customer, and I would like expedited shipping.

We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders outside the US due to extremely high shipping rates and the possibility for delayed delivery due to Custom regulations.

Return & Exchange

What is the return policy?

We offer free returns collection service on all orders worldwide. Your return shipment is completely free of charge. Any new, unused item purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days from the original ship date. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full information.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size or color, please first check availability on our website. If the preferred item is available, please place a new order and follow our return instructions to send back your original order for a refund.

I just placed an order, and I would like to know if I can send it back if I don’t like it.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you will have 30 days from the original ship date to return. We offer free returns collection service on all orders worldwide. Your return shipment is completely free of charge.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

I would like to return something, how do I do that?

We hope you love your item! But in case it’s the wrong fit or you simply changed your mind, please contact our support team at support@ with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your order. When will I be refunded?

Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.
After the return has been approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds will automatically be credited back to the same credit card or original method of payment used at time of purchase. We will send you an email notify you that we have completed the refund process.
