1. Shipping Address

We will not charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided.

At times we will need to contact the customer to provide or verify the shipping address; please then ensure your best contact number is provided on your invoice. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.

 2. Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been received.

The order confirmation email that contains your order details is your receipt and can be printed for your records.

3. Processing Time

Orders require up to 1-3 business days for processing (subject to conditions).

For the holiday and sale periods, please allow a processing time of 3-5 days due to the high volume of orders.

When your order is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for the shipment. It could still be a few hours before your shipment is picked up by the carrier, so please allow up to 48 hrs for the carrier tracking page to show an updated status and estimated delivery.

4. Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the country and shipping method. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

We offer Standard and Fast Shipping. Within the U.S., once your order ships, it usually takes 7-12 days (by FedEx) or 10-15 days (by USPS) to arrive. The exact time depends on the ship-to location, the carrier delivery time, and the size of your order.

International orders can take anywhere from 8 to 15 days to arrive. Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

5. Carriers

We ship primarily with USPS and FedEx to ensure up-to-date tracking information and reliable delivery. International orders may be shipped via DHL and Royal Mail depending on the ship-to country.

Please note: processing and shipping times measured in business days, from Monday to Friday only, weekend and holidays are not included.
