1. Return Policy

We offer free returns collection service on all orders worldwide. Your return shipment is completely free of charge.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date. The item(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if meeting the following criteria:
• Unworn/Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Original packaging and tags must be included
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
• Bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, bikini sets
• Sale items, clearance items and custom items

2. Making a Return

We hope you love your item! But in case it’s the wrong fit or you simply changed your mind, please contact our support team with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your order.
We will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We will honor the price on your original order if the product is now listed at a higher price than what was paid.

4. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team with your name, order number, clear pictures showing the defect of the item, and a description of the issue.

We’ll start immediately the procedure to solve your issue.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.
After the return has been approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds will automatically be credited back to the same credit card or original method of payment used at time of purchase. We will send you an email notify you that we have completed the refund process.
Please allow up to 30 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 30 working days, please check your bank account first, then contact your payment processor directly for further information.

Refunds will be based on the value of the item(s) as reflected on your invoice (not including shipping fee). The refund will be issued by us to your original payment method.
We seek your understanding with delays to your refund might cause by special events (e.g. online sales, holiday sales).
Please note: if we find that your returned item(s) does not meet our return policy, no refund will be issued. If you want the ineligible item(s) returned to you, you must cover return shipping costs.

6. Cancel orders

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.
