International orders can take anywhere from 8 to 15 days to arrive via DHL and Royal Mail depending on the ship-to country. Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

We offer free returns collection service on all orders worldwide. Your return shipment is completely free of charge.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date. The item(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if meeting the following criteria:
- Unworn/Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Original packaging and tags must be included
Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles, etc) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, bikini sets
- Underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
2. Making a Return
We hope you love your item. But in case it's the wrong fit or you simply changed your mind, please contact us with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your order.
We will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@ with your name, order number, clear pictures showing the defect of the item, and a description of the issue.
We will start immediately the procedure to solve your issue.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it's in good condition and complies with our refund policy.
After the return has been approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds will automatically be credited back to the same credit card or original method of payment used at time of purchase. We will send you an email notify you that we have completed the refund process.
6. Cancel orders
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.
