Description
The Jordan 4 GS “Metallic Pack – Purple” is the grade school sizing of the summer 2020 release. Part of the “Metallic Pack” featuring four regionally released metallic-accented colorways of the Jordan 4 also including red, orange, and green, this “Purple” edition was available in the US. The construction features a white full-grain leather upper with a metallic purple finish on the TPU lace eyelets and heel Jumpman logo. Matching purple is also found on the inner lining, tongue logo, and visible Air unit. The Metallic Purple Jordan 4 GS.

1. Shipping Address
We will not charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page.
In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided.

2. Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been received.
The order confirmation email that contains your order details is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
3. Processing Time
Orders require up to 1-3 business days for processing (subject to conditions).
When your order is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for the shipment. It could still be a few hours before your shipment is picked up by the carrier, so please allow up to 48 hrs for the carrier tracking page to show an updated status and estimated delivery.
4. Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time depends on the country and shipping method. We offer Standard and Fast Shipping.
Within the U.S., once your order ships, it usually takes 7-12 days (by FedEx) or 10-15 days (by USPS) to arrive. The exact time depends on the ship-to location, the carrier delivery time, and the size of your order.
International orders can take anywhere from 8 to 15 days to arrive via DHL and Royal Mail depending on the ship-to country. Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

We offer free returns collection service on all orders worldwide. Your return shipment is completely free of charge.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date. The item(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if meeting the following criteria:
- Unworn/Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Original packaging and tags must be included
Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles, etc) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items, clearance items and custom items
- Bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, bikini sets
- Underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
2. Making a Return
We hope you love your item. But in case it's the wrong fit or you simply changed your mind, please contact us with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your order.
We will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@ with your name, order number, clear pictures showing the defect of the item, and a description of the issue.
We will start immediately the procedure to solve your issue.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it's in good condition and complies with our refund policy.
After the return has been approved, your refund will be processed. All refunds will automatically be credited back to the same credit card or original method of payment used at time of purchase. We will send you an email notify you that we have completed the refund process.
6. Cancel orders
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.
