Customer service was great. But the delivery didn’t turn up on the date planned, the item arrived 2 days later than originally planned.
Never received item, but the seller fully refunded me.
Excellent follow-up on your end. But the courier doesn’t stay on schedule, they need to improve or you need to work with another courier service.
The shipping company did not try to deliver, claimed there was no one at home (not true) and did not even try a second delivery, dropping the item at a depot, where I had to go to collect it. Anyway the item is great.
